EOFY! Need a Forecast?
The financial model to provide the even more in-depth ratios like a breakdown of just how much key expenses cost per child.

We have been busy working on up-to-date forecasts for all our managed centres and will have these budgets all rolled out before the end of the financial year. This allows our managed centres to start the new financial year fresh with accurate and up to date information and be aware of what is expected in the year to come. In addition to the budgets, the forecast model provides valuable information including breakeven analysis, the average daily fee per place (ADR), daily labour costs, rent to ADR-Based ratios and much more.
We have been working closely with the developer of our financial model to provide even more in-depth ratios like a breakdown of just how much key expenses cost per child. We then are able to compare sector standard expense costs per child and reduce costs as necessary. We are always improving and updating our forecast model with new features and statistics we believe would be valuable to the childcare sector. Our model is available not only to current clients but to any businesses or individuals who are interested in purchasing a childcare business. The model can produce information including return on equity and accurate costs and revenue to allow business owners/individuals to make a clear and confident decision.
