Operations

The Operations Team have been racking up the frequent flyer points across four states; covering management, development, grants and consultancy. This month has been spent working in the mining area of Middlemount Qld. The project was establishing an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) in Middlemount Community School. Meetings were held with Council members, Glencore mining representatives and Department of Education for multiple opportunities for much-needed childcare in these mining towns. Three childcare services have joined the ELM family this month through development and management. We are also working with current clients to expand their portfolios across Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.

Technology

The final Q& A Testing is underway and the release of the Early Learning Management Budget Tracker Application will be mid-August 2019. The Budget Tracker will be distributed to all of our clients free of charge. The Weekly KPI Report development has begun, this application known as Fiscus and will replace the current weekly excel spreadsheet report with API technology i.e. Initial partners will be KeyPay and Kidsoft. More on this next month as we move through the development process.
