Zoom is the new tool that Early Learning Management arsenal in delivering professional service across Australia through the pandemic. Zoom allows the whole team to record sessions, collaborate on projects, work with agility and share or annotate on one another's screens, all with one easy-to-use platform.  Two new interstate clients have joined the Early Learning Management family with the advantage of Zoom and the cloud-based technology used by Early Learning Management i.e. Xero, Payroll etc By utilising Zoom, we are able to visually tour childcare services, meet with educators and Approved Providers, record the sessions and create a community feel to the management services.

FISCUS

The Early Learning Management team have been developing a weekly reporting application (Fiscus Weekly Report) over the last 12 months in addition to the Budget Tracker. Backend testing and regression testing is 99% complete.

The Fiscus Weekly Report has similar functionality as the excel weekly report but with much more simplicity and ease of use, including an API to KeyPay. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not place services under additional stress, so we will continue to test in house and look to release to the centres possibly July 2020. This is completely dependant on the state of play in the sector.
