Early Learning Management is approaching the COVID-19 public health event with the utmost seriousness. We are currently adhering to the information from the Government and encouraging our people to work from home where practical and to follow COVID-safe guidelines whilst onsite.

During the COVID-19 pandemic; Early Learning Management’s priorities are focused on: -Care and safety of the children -Safety of our team -Safety of centre staff -Rapid response and intervention if required -Prevention of outbreaks -Effective communication and engagement -Protecting the childcare centre We are deeply committed to the health and well-being of our people, that of our clients and the safety of all children, families and centre staff. To safely promote continuity of operational visits and as a precautionary measure, the Operations Team will be rescheduling onsite visits for compliance breaches, employment relations support, reported complaints/issues etc. It is absolute that we continue to satisfy all operational, commercial and compliance obligations and ensure your childcare business remains successful. As always, the Early Learning Management team is available for Approved Providers, Nominated Supervisors and Staff whenever required. Our Operations team will continue to work with constant diligence and unrelenting centre engagement. Some services might be delivered differently via unlimited phone, email support (as usual), TeamViewer and, as with our interstate services during this time, will conduct regular Zoom meetings; ensuring collaborative discussions. COVID-19 has resulted in some changes to our day-to-day operations, we remain calm, confident and flexible through these changes, and we will stay the course to serve our clients with minimal disturbance.
