Her expertise ensures that all our services comply with Australian regulations, and she leads the charge in managing and delivering successful projects.
With an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the Early Childhood sector, Sandi joined the Early Learning Management team in August 2010, bringing a wealth of experience to our Operations Team. Throughout her journey, Sandi has overseen service operations in multiple regions, including Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, Northern Territory, and the Australian Capital Territory.
Drawing on her extensive background in both private and corporate sectors, Sandi skill fully implements strategies that enhance business structures across our services, ensuring both quality practices and commercial success. Her proficiency in multi-site management and strong business acumen are instrumental in providing effective leadership and management guidance to our staff and key stakeholders.
Sandi has excelled in delivering compliance and safety programs, helping our services meet technical and safety legislative requirements seamlessly. Her deep understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) makes her an invaluable asset as she heads up Childcare Project Development across Australia. In this multifaceted role, Sandi interacts with various internal and external childcare stakeholders, adeptly managing several concurrent project components.
Furthermore, Sandi takes on direct and administrative support duties, ensuring a seamless childcare development process. From coordinating and assisting with marketing and communications to managing other related projects, Sandi’s far-reaching experience makes her a reliable hand in every aspect of childcare service development.
From Pre-planning to Construction, Fit Out, Lockup, and Service Approval, Sandi has successfully navigated the complexities of these phases, working closely with Approved Providers, developers, and investors. Her dedication to excellence and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every childcare service we create meets the highest standards and unique needs of the communities they serve.
