Letitia Anderson, a seasoned professional in the childcare industry, recently joined the team at Early Learning Management (ELM) as a System Developer Specialist. With her robust background in various aspects of early childhood education, business, human resources, and administration, she is well-equipped to contribute significantly to the ELM team.
Letitia holds an Advanced Associate Diploma, recognised by ACECQA as a current Diploma, signifying her deep understanding of the needs of children in early years. She has enriched her knowledge in this field through courses from esteemed institutions such as the University of Cape Town, QUT, and the University of Sheffield. Her knowledge spans from defining inclusive practices and managing challenging exchanges, to teaching phonics and exploring play.
Additionally, Letitia’s business credentials include a Cert IV in Business (Frontline Management) and a Diploma with Honours in both Office Procedures and Hospitality & Tourism. These qualifications have provided her with a broad understanding of managing organisations and systems efficiently.
Letitia’s professional journey includes roles as a Business Champion at Wearthy Pty Ltd, a playground design and construction company, where she oversaw compliance, project management, and HR responsibilities for the fast-growing firm. Before that, she served as Consultant, Operations Manager, and Support to CEO at Kool Kids Early Childhood Centres, where she was responsible for many operational tasks, from policy implementation and centre compliance to NDIS representation and QIP development.
Her prior role as the College Manager at Kool Kids Training College allowed her to leverage her skills in curriculum development, setting up the college, and acting as the CEO’s representative at industry meetings and conferences. Furthermore, she held various managerial roles at institutions like JTB Oceania, Data FX Online, and Aussie Kids.
At ELM, Letitia is tasked with system development, focusing on Learning Management Systems (LMS), policy and procedure creation. Given her past experiences and robust qualifications, she is well-suited to successfully navigate this role. She will undoubtedly help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ELM’s childcare services, ensuring high-quality service provision for all stakeholders.
