Kylie has over 25 years’ experience in the education sector. First as a Primary school teacher, then a Secondary teacher, and finally, spent significant time teaching Kindergarten.
Kylie then moved into Child Care as a Centre Manager, and then naturally progressed to Operations, where she developed key skills in management, organisation, people, communication, and co-ordinating and interpreting data in many educational settings.
Kylie works hands-on with both Approved Providers and Nominated Supervisors to achieve desired outcomes and has extensive experience with new centre start-ups across Australia.
